After gaining 10 years of eclectic experience in the gastronomic hub of London and exclusive safari lodges of Tanzania’s rift valley, I am now happy to announce that I am operating as a food stylist in Cape Town.
Over the last decade, I have been exposed to food styling ideas and techniques that are difficult to rival for variety and professionalism. In London I discovered the art of pie making, I was involved with shoots for top magazines on the River Thames, and stirring wishes into Nigella’s Christmas cake for her television series.
Back on home soil, I am working with some incredible publications and creatives in the industry.
I enjoy the diversity of editorial projects and advertising and get great satisfaction from seeing a project evolve from brief to delivery. From developing ideas and conceptualising with the client to successfully managing a shoot.
